I was visiting Carcassonne, and went down to the Pont Vieux after dinner to photograph the castle all lit-up. Took this shot of the bridge itself on my way to get set up. Initially I was most interested in the way the lamps show the curve of the bridge. Later, while editing the photo I found the silhouettes of the people on the bridge added some real life to the composition.
